The Crasus Chemical Group will:

• Never, either directly or indirectly, provide, offer, or promise to provide any economic benefits to domestic or foreign public officials or officers and employees of private companies for the purpose of obtaining improper business advantages; or, either directly or indirectly, receive, request, or promise to receive any improper economic benefits in connection with its business activities;

• Promote the sound development of the overall market economy by engaging in free competition based on market principles and will not engage in cartels or any other anti-competitive acts; and

• Fulfill its social responsibility to contribute to the development of a sound civil society by maintaining and strengthening its framework that prevents and eliminates any relationships with anti-social forces.
