The Crasus Chemical Group will:

・ In making business decisions, comply with all laws, regulations, and procedures related to respect for human rights that apply in each country or region in which it conducts its business activities, and in the event that differences, inconsistencies, or conflicting requirements exist between local laws and internationally recognized human rights principles, will seek ways to respect internationally recognized human rights principles;

・ Strive to help create a society in which the dignity of all people is ensured and everyone is respected equally, by identifying, preventing, mitigating, and remedying risks of human rights violations associated with its business activities, in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights; and

・ Conduct its business activities with due consideration for human rights, thereby striving to protect those who work with the Group and to earn the trust of its business partners, customers, and local communities, with whom the Group seeks to build a better society.
