Message from the Representative of the Oita Complex

• Under its current name and that of its predecessor, Crasus Chemical has been pursuing safety, stability and security in production since the launch of the Oita Petrochemical Complex in 1969, and has developed high-level technological capabilities on a foundation of genbaryoku (on-site capabilities). Moreover, for green transformation (GX), we have been working on multifaceted development in cooperation with other Resonac Group companies as well as with universities and local governments.

• We are implementing a range of measures to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, including conducting R&D, using biomass-based materials and recycling plastic waste into raw materials.
