In pursuit of its Purpose of building “Chemistry for Tomorrow,” the Crasus Chemical Group aims to become a next-generation petrochemical company playing a leading role in establishing a carbon neutral and recycling-oriented society, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of society.
Since 1969, when Crasus Chemical’s forerunner of Showa Denko’s Oita Petrochemical Complex started operations, the company has been committed to ensuring safety as its top priority as well as stable operations to ensure product supply while striving for energy conservation and raw material diversification in a bid to adapt to the changing times. According to our policy as a locally based manufacturer, we deliver essential chemical materials to be used in a broad array of products, ranging from daily necessities to industrial applications.
In order to achieve our Purpose, we have defined four core values as: “solid integrity,” “culture of openness and encouragement,” “take on challenges to reach the ideal,” and “action and persistence.” Each individual employee will endeavor to embody these values while doing their work.
