Quality Management System
A quality management system is intended to enable a company/organization to continuously increase the satisfaction of its customers in addition to ensuring the quality of its products. The Oita Complex has obtained the international standard ISO 9001: 2015* certification for its quality management system.
* The Complex obtained ISO 9002: 1994 certification in May 1997 and shifted to ISO 9001: 2000 certification in May 2002. (ISO 9001 includes design and development requirements.)
