We have established a reporting contact for the purpose of preventing or promptly correcting any incidents that may violate laws, internal rules, or corporate ethics.
Content of Report
If there is any case of violation, or suspicion of violation, of laws, regulations, or Crasus Chemical Group’s Code of Conduct,(i.e., violation of compliance) by any persons or organizations of our group concerned with our business transactions, our stakeholders can report the case to Crasus Chemical Group Hotline. Please refrain from reporting cases that have nothing to do with violation of compliance or those including malicious slanders for illicit purposes.

How to Report
Reports can be submitted via the reporting form on this website. In principle, we ask reporters to provide their names and email addresses to accurately verify the details of their reports. That said, anonymous reports are also accepted. In that case, however, please note that we may be unable to respond fully or ensure adequate protection for the reporter.
Response to Reports
Reports are received by our company’s secretariat and are subject to internal verification and investigation. If the findings indicate that corrective measures are necessary, we will respond promptly. Please note in advance that feedback on the outcome of our response will be provided to the reporter only when deemed necessary. All reports will be handled with due care and respect for the reporters’ privacy. Neither the fact that a report has been submitted nor its content will be disclosed to anyone other than those involved in the investigation. Reporters will not be subject to unfair treatment in business dealings as a result of their reporting. However, this protection does not apply to cases where the report is made with malicious intent, such as by deliberately providing false information, or where the reporter is involved in the misconduct.
