The Crasus Chemical Group focuses on properly identifying, assessing and managing various risks in order to achieve sustainable growth and continue to provide safe and socially useful products and services in the unlikely event that business continuity becomes difficult. The Risk and Compliance Committee has taken the lead in reducing threats by regularly reviewing major risks, implementing countermeasures and monitoring the effectiveness of these measures. In addition, the company seeks to improve its social credibility and fulfil its social responsibility by ensuring compliance and implementing measures to prevent possible cases of such risks, while at the same time creating an environment that enables management to take appropriate risk-taking. These efforts are effectively supervised by the Board of Directors, and the entire Crasus Chemical Group has established a system that contributes to improving corporate value over the medium to long term.
